The City and Requiem Prayer

The city is not a place to pass through.
It is a place to stop off.
The city is not a place to vent your anger.
It is a place to watch warmly.
The city is not a place to destroy.
It is a place to create.
The city is not a place to die in a hurry.
It is a place to produce.
The city is not a place to keep silent.
It is a place to talk with each other.
I asked the sun
To shine on our city tomorrow too.
And I have a feeling
The sun smiled beyond the horizon.
